We are excited to share information about the Cheshire Y/Sea Dog Swim Team Scholarship for the Class of 2026. This scholarship recognizes swimmers who have demonstrated dedication to the team, strong character, and a commitment to their future goals.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must:

  • Have been a member of the CDOG swim team for at least four full years
  • Plan to pursue education beyond high school (2-year, 4-year, or technical program)
  • Be a current CDOG swimmer and complete the 2026 Long Course season, including one Championship meet
  • Demonstrate good sportsmanship, leadership potential, and academic commitment

Application Materials:
Applicants must submit the following:

  • A copy of their current transcript
  • A 250-word essay explaining how being part of the Cheshire Y/Sea Dog Swim Team has impacted their life
  • One letter of recommendation (teacher, employer, or non-CDOG coach)

Scholarship recipients will be selected by the STPA Co-Presidents and Head Coach Rob Adams-Michaud. Awards are based on available funds and will be distributed in July 2026.
